How do reset cards work?
Follow the checks below. This site cannot read your account; use your own Usage page to confirm the result.

Save it, then redeem when eligible.
- Find this card’s expiry
Open your own Usage page and inspect the available reset and its terms. Record the displayed date, time and time zone. If only a date is shown, do not assume it lasts until your local midnight; ask support when the cutoff is unclear.
- Check the result after using a card
After using a card in the official interface, save the result and time, then refresh Usage and compare the affected limits. A click alone does not confirm redemption. If a card disappears but the expected limits do not change, do not use another card just to retry.

Redeemed a card, but still blocked?
Compare the signed-in account and workspace in both places. Save the exact error, time and client version. Check whether a service incident matches the affected feature; if the mismatch persists, use the support template below.

Do not infer your balance from other users or public announcements. Record what your own page shows and what is missing, then ask official support. Leave unknown fields blank in the template.
What does a full reset card restore?
Both the five-hour and weekly windows. The weekly reset date also changes; check Usage after redeeming.
Should I wait or use a card?
If waiting fits your work, wait. If quota blocks work and the card is eligible, consider redeeming. A five-hour reset cannot restore an exhausted weekly window.
When does a card expire?
Use the expiry shown for that card. Offers differ; there is no universal 30-day rule.
Why did others get a reset but I did not?
Check the announcement’s eligibility and your active workspace. A card announcement does not itself refill quota.
Check relevant service updates
Compare the affected feature and incident time with your problem. A public incident does not prove the cause of your account issue, and no listed incident does not rule one out.
